As an administrator with thirty years of service to East Baton Rouge Parish schools, my vision toward academic achievement is to provide a curriculum that embraces innovation while meeting the individualized needs of all students. It is my desire to continue the "effective schools" leadership at The Dufrocq School, while fostering the interaction with parents and the community toward school and student performance. My administrative experiences mandate and promote synergy, collaboration and teamwork, which I believe necessitates academic excellence.
