NEW Campus-Wide Features
The renovation will include a new main entry (semi-enclosed) and raised covered entries to the Auditorium and Gym. The chain link gates will be replaced with custom designed decorative entrance gates.

New landscaping will adorn the front and Quad area (between Classroom Buildings E and F) and the new covered walkway between the middle entrances to Classroom Buildings E and F, and the covered student congregational areas at the Main Entry and Cafeteria. The old auto shop building and wash rack will be removed.

Other Changes on the Entire Campus

New windows, doors, and door hardware (new keying system)

New ceilings and lighting, new water coolers

Paint all surfaces

New corridor and athletic lockers

New walkway covers

Clean and add-to existing storm drainage

New air conditioning piping; refurbish the existing ac units

New restroom fixtures, lighting, floors, toilet partitions, and ventilation

Re-stripe existing parking lots; create accessible parking; clean and seal existing brick

Auditorium Building

New Control Desk in Auditorium

New Stage curtain and wood flooring

New carpet at Auditorium Seating aisles

New speaker system and stage lighting

Dance classroom addition with office, new closet for Drama and Choral

New Choral Practice Room and new choral acoustical treatment

New accessible wheelchair lift for Stage

New Band Ensemble room and new band acoustical treatment

Library & Media Center

New circulation desk and entrances

New carpet tile floor

New office and conference room

Renovate the (2) existing conference rooms and add windows to exterior

Creation of multimedia and computer area

New library furniture and shelving

Install projection screens and new water cooler

Completely new floor plan with Addition

10,000 sf addition: public restrooms, practice gym, Weight Room, Classroom/Conference Room

Air-condition existing gym and locker rooms

Re-finish and repair existing gym floor; re-stripe to accommodate competition volleyball

Refurbish existing goals, install electric winches; new protective pads

New sound system and lighting and new acoustical treatment at existing Gym

New state-of-the-art retractable bleachers (electric)

Refurbish the trophy case, concession, lobby

New Training Room, Laundry Room, Female Team Locker Room

New epoxy floors at all locker and restroom areas

All locker rooms to be totally renovated and ventilated

ADA Limited Use elevators to be installed
