LA State Police Encourages EBR Students to Make Good Choices - Jan 15, 08
Trooper Patrick Auzenne explains the benefits of good choices to McKinley Middle students.

Life is about choosing real friends and making good choices.  That was the message this week from Louisiana State Police to students at several East Baton Rouge Parish Schools.
Troopers presented a motivational presentation called “Behind the Faces” to students at EBR middle and high schools.  It is a 50 minute motivational production designed to keep students’ attention through the use of movie clips and popular music, but presenting a serious message of hope, truth, and character.
Louisiana State Police developed the message to help these future leaders, employees, and parents understand the consequences of wrong choices. Trooper Patrick Auzenne spoke with students at Northeast High, McKinley Middle, and Capitol High about the dangers of substance abuse and making careful choices about friendships. State Police plans to show the presentation to students at 90 schools across the state.
